The wine has mouthwatering acidity and is fresh, with flavors of green apple, quince, honesuckle and mint. A unique expression of Chardonnay. Opok is the limestone rich clay soil found in Southern Styria where Ewald Tscheppe works his vineyards biodynamically following natural winemaking principles in the cellar.
