This hair oil is a weekly, deep conditioning treatment for shine, strength and to stimulate hair growth, as well as to tackle scalp issues, including psoriasis. HOW TO USE Massage the oil into the scalp for at least one minute, then through to the ends of the hair. Leave on for at least thirty minutes or overnight for best results then wash out thoroughly using a regular shampoo.

I don't agree, I sleep perfect on these, no neck pain in the morning. Update 04/24 These are actually quite small to be considered queen pillows. They have become firm over the last few days.
